Stephanie L. Mallette
Attorney at Law
Ms. Mallette is originally from Greenville, Mississippi. She graduated from Washington School there in 1989; and she moved to Starkville, Mississippi, to attend Mississippi State University. She received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Political Science magna cum laude in 1993. She then attended the University of Alabama School of law from 1993 until 1996 when she received her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Mallette returned to Starkville in 1996, and she worked for the Starkville Police Department while she did post graduate studies at Mississippi State University. Ms. Mallette was admiited to the Mississippi Bar Association in October 1998 at which time she hung out her shingle and started practicing law.
Ms. Mallette has been an Oktibbeha County Public Defender since January 2000, and a Webster County Public Defender since 2002. She is also the Eupora Public Defender, and she is periodically appointed to cases in Choctaw County Circuit Court as well as Ackerman City Court. Ms. Mallette began teaching at East Mississippi Community College in August 2006. She teaches American Government currently, and she has also taught criminal justice courses.
Christopher Lindsey
Law Clerk
Mr. Lindsey is a native of Oakland, Alabama. He likewise graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1996. He is not a licensed member of the Mississippi Bar Association, and he functions as Ms. Mallette's law clerk assisting primarily with bankruptcy cases. He began working for the Mallette Law Office in March of 2002.
Tina Mullins

Ms. Mullins graduated from American Intercontinental University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree magna cum laude. She is a native of Starkville, Mississippi. She began working at the Mallette Law Office in October of 2005.
